NHARG General Data Protection Regulations Policy
As from May 25th 2018 all data held by the club must be done in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
It is a requirement that we inform you of what data we hold, and how we process it.
What information do we collect?
We collect and process personal data from you or your parent when you join and when we carry out annual renewals of your membership.
We will also collect data for the administration of training courses run by the club. This includes:
your name
your gender,
your date of birth,
your home address, email address and phone number,
your type of membership,
your call sign,
your marketing preferences, including any consents you have given us.
Processing is for legitimate interest and where required by law.
What rights do I have?
You have rights under the GDPR:
(a) to request a copy of your personal data
(b) to be provided with information about how your personal data is processed
(c) to have your personal data corrected
(d) to have your personal data erased in certain circumstances
(e) to object to or restrict how your personal data is processed
